Terms

  1. All products shipped are new unless it is explicitly indicated otherwise.
  2. Returned products require RMA beforehand and incur a minimum of 15% Restocking Fee depending on the condition of the unit.
  3. No return is accepted after 2 weeks.

 

Warranty information

  1. All products are covered with one year part and labor warranty except disposable items.
  2. Disposable items such as light bulbs, lamps, BGA prism tip, hand mirror and certain parts are not covered under warranty.
  3. Shipping charge for warranty repair is not included.
  4. For warranty repair, please contact us for RMA number.

 

Out of warranty repairs

  1. Please contact us for RMA number for out-of-warranty repair
  2. Repair estimate will be provided first before repair commenced.
