LX-1000 High Power Auto-Focus LCD Microscope Measurement System

LX-1000HP is designed for inspection and measurement of the wafer, IC, sensor, hybrid, metallurgic, and failure analysis. The system comes complete with high power long working distance infinity objective, coaxial lighting, XY stage, digital camera, and zoom magnification from 15x to 1,000x. Measurements can be done directly on the LCD or computer. The measurement software includes the functions of image stacking for perfect focus and photo stitching for a large image which is advantageous for microelectronics.

New Auto Focusing 

The auto-Focusing feature on a digital microscope makes routine inspection faster and easier. The user can choose from continuous auto-focus, one-click auto-focus, or manual focus. By clicking any area of interest on the screen the camera will automatically focus within a fraction of second without manually moving the focus block up and down for tedious focusing. This new feature makes the LX-1000HP LCD microscope more ergonomic and faster inspection than ever before.
